"Poulin Grain began its voyage to the Green Platform in May, 2012. I remember Declan being recommended by a supplier friend who had worked with Andec for years. Honestly, I was thinking this was very much like the other training programs we had had over nearly 20 years, that we would gain some new perspective and maybe 1 or 2 ideas that we could utilize on Monday. We soon figured out that there was something very different about this journey and that it was a life altering opportunity.
